The Jobs have important implications for the individuals themselves, for the organization of which they are a part, for economy and even for society at large. This is considered as the criteria that are needed to be passed to get the aimed job.
Position consists of the tasks and duties for an individual and there are as many occupied positions as there are individuals in organizations
There are different methods in collecting job’s information. These are the observation of a worker by a job analyst, interview of a worker by a job analyst, work diaries that workers use in recording what they do during the time of work, records, etc.
